I haven't seen any Eastern Shore requests. Anyone live in Salisbury? I would love to find a workout buddy and accountabiity partner to work out, swim, walk or jog with. I usually work out at the Y in Salisbury 5:30-7:00 AM Mon thru Fri and 7AM on Saturdays. Evenings are iffy with my work schedule.

Hi there, I'm also looking for a work-out/accountability buddy. I live in Hyattsville near the University of Maryland, College Park. I don't have a car, but I am very good with public transportation. I also am familiar with the parking lots here on campus. I am available to work out or walk during (1-2pm) if it is on campus because I have class 'till 1pm and another class at 3pm. Or the morning (6-730am) and evening times (6-8pm) that also work for me. I'm not sure how public transportation is to get to some places in Maryland, but I could check it out for coming over during these times; perhaps we could alternate. Let me know what you think! I'm taking a belly dancing class (SharQui) through Frederick County Parks & Rec at Valley Elementary in Jefferson.. it's a 6 week class (started last Tuesday, but it's not too late to join) for $30. Pretty relaxed environment, rather challenging but not a really intense workout (not yet, at least). If anyone wants to join, I'm the short redheaded 20-something.. Pretty sure I'm the only 20-something in the class (the rest are older women and preteen girls), so some company my own age would be nice!
I have a membership at PF in Frederick that I hardly ever use, but if anyone wants to buddy up and go one or two evenings a week, or has some other fun idea for exercising, I'm available in the evenings on weekdays. I hate exercise when I know it's just exercise (hence my neglected gym membership).. But hiking, or doing something that is fun in some way is something I'm open to. If anyone's in need or interested, let me know. :)
I am looking for an accountability partner and a spring to fall walking partner. I am self motivated (for now) but there are days when I just don't want to get up and move and I would like someone to help me hold myself accountable and i will do the same for you. I work in Olney and live in Cloverly/ SS area. I usually walk Mon-Fri 1-2pm. I am willing to walk before or after work as early as 6am- 7:30am or evening 6pm- 8pm. I am in the Fort Washington Area and I like to take jogs and walks around the Tucker Road Park. I am an online student at UOP and I work as well, so knowing that I will have to meet with someone to work out will help me a lot as well. I don't do so well during the week, with school, work and the kids; but I can say that it does not hurt to try. I'm looking for a workout buddy/help with accountability in the Pasadena/Severna Park area. I work out at the Big Vanilla in Pasadena, and know I am much more likley to get myself there if I have someone I am supposed to meet.
I added you as a sparkfriend! I like to do my workouts early during the week and a little later on the weekends. I do my workouts early cuz that's the only time I have time! When I get home its one thing after another! On Saturdays I have a walking buddy. We can't always walk due to conflicts in our schedules, but we get together whenever we can. Otherwise I like to work out to Kathy Kaeler exercise class (a dvd I got from Target's $1 section a few years back) Denise Austin Personal Training System (love the weight training sections) wii fit plus, Richard Simmons Blast off to 60's & 80's. I do my best to keep a variety so I don't get bored or anything. So-this morning I already completed my workout-Kathy Kaeler workout class (35 min).

Okay, I've been part of this team a while but I'm really looking for someone who would like a workout buddy! I belong to the Arena club in Churchville/Bel Air in Harford county. I'm a working Mom so I use the arena club in the evenings. Anyone interested in a buddy to keep you motivated!? I am!
