Just learned this in class yesterday.
Start with the thumb and stretch it backwards gently. Go through each finger and when you get to the pinky, start again heading to the thumb. Then the other hand. Do it three times all the way through. Then one time push each finger toward the palm.
Take a few breaks during your day and do this yoga about three times a day.
