Way To Go Pam! Two pounds is a LOT!

And yeah, I never thought about great idea to the people who do crochet and knitting and stuff like that. It's probably something all of us should do: you know stretch every part of our bodies.

Thanks Rosalie, I did this I guess it is also good for Crocheters too! haha Yeah, I'm back. Not such a good year last year, and I'm just getting around to this! emoticon And it's almost over. Started last week and lost 2 pounds. OFF we go.....

Just learned this in class yesterday.

Start with the thumb and stretch it backwards gently. Go through each finger and when you get to the pinky, start again heading to the thumb. Then the other hand. Do it three times all the way through. Then one time push each finger toward the palm.

Take a few breaks during your day and do this yoga about three times a day.

This is especially important for those of us who who spend a lot of time on the computer, our playing a keyboard hint hint DS9KIE, out who paint on a canvas hint hint KIMPAINTS.

I know this has nothing to do with breathing, but it's a gentle and easy thing to do for ourselves.
