OURMAYBABY we's love to see you track your BodyFlex on our consistency thread. It helps. Sometimes it's what gets me to doing it.

Again conditions on your fabulous success. emoticon

Today I was down 3 3/4 inches and 3 pounds! I am beyond happy right now:) So glad I found this page! I have been trying to get under 200 pounds for a long time and I am 197.8 today. It's s small victory but a victory none the less this motivates me to really kick in into gear now!

Hope you personally are feeling the many benefits yourself OURMAYBABY. I always feel so much energy right after doing my BodyFlex. It can change my whole afternoon to just do a couple of BodyFlex breaths.

Wishing you well at your weigh in. But remember, this is your personal choice. Out can be fun to price something to your husband, but the important thing is to get healthy. The aerobic benefits are there for real.
.
Try to relax and just have fun.. There's no rush and there's no finish line.

Please stick with this and keep posting. Tell us how you're doing.

Sometimes there are circumstances where we can't fit it in every day. It is ok to skip a day or even like Saturday and Sunday. I would do that but the key is to be as consistent as possible so one missed day doesn't turn into a week or months.

It's not so rigid. Just do it when you think if it with a goal like Sunshine suggests.

Greer says it's great to incorporate wherever you can, like pushing a shopping cart or while walking or while driving. Course you don't want to freak people out. Hahahaha.

Jill says 5 or 6 days. Basic point is the more you do it the better. Nothing wrong with slowing down and skipping a day. You're in charge! Some people do it twice a day! I'm not there yet!

Do you have to do the breathing every day? Are you allowed any days off? I have not done it yet today and it is 3:00pm. I plan on doing it before dinner today since it was our daughters first christmas I did not want to make my family wait for me to do the breathing when they wanted to open gifts. I will do it before I eat later but was jusst wondering if you are allowed days off, or at least one day a week. What happens if you were to do the breathing 5-6 days a week instead of 7. Thanks everyone.
