I know Body Flex works but you have to do it every day. That is the downfall for most of us. We know what works but we don't stick with it. I've used body flex to drop a lot of weight very fast a few times in the past but as soon asi quit the weight creeps back on. Don't give up you can do it and if you don't quite make that goal by Thursday so what. Just keep going. Do it every day and you will be able to be the one that can say I told you so. It isn't a gimmick, it really does work but you have to be willing to do it everyday.

I'm particularly happy to have another BodyFlexer here with us because I totally believe it works. I don't know why, but it is so magical that it is easy to stop doing it - and then of course it doesn't do a bit of good does it?
Here's my take on your questions - Hope all the rest of you BodyFlexers respond too - they're really good questions:
has anyone had body flex work and then stop working for them? It has worked for me every single time I do it, but I have often started and then stopped - no reason - just stopped.
has anyone lost every week they have done the breathing? I can't really say because I'm to neurotic when I start weighing myself. But my clothes definitely fit better always.
I know I have to increase to 2 workouts next week. Can I just do the workout back to back or do I have to break it up into day and night? I think that the main concern is burning out and/ or boredom. So, if you can break it up during the day that works well.
At week three do I have to do the workout 3 times, and week 4 four workouts? I've never heard of that kind of increase. I think that Greer only mentions that 2 times does increase a quicker loss. However, there is no need to do even two workouts a day You will lose inches even with just doing it one time a day. Greer says you may not lose pounds but your size will go down for sure.
What is the best way to have continued inches and pounds lost while doing body flex? Just drink a lot of water. Greer speaks about up to a gallon a day - never made it that far for sure! Now that you've joined SparkPeople you will enjoy looking through all the other teams where you can see a lot of different methods for losing weight. I personally find that Dr. McDougall's method of eating is helping me to lose weight and feel great like nothing else has.
By the way, it would be great if you would make a spark page - it would be easier to give you goodies and to get to know you and develop friendships here.
I have the fluidity bar should I add that into my workouts? Do you have the tape that goes with it? I got mine at amazon but it's a video not a dvd. I don't have the bar any more, but I use weights.
Also you might want to look for the Advanced BodyFlex tape (again video). It really works quick. And it's fast to do which helps with boredom etc.

Hello everyone! I just joined because spark after a google search on bodyflex led me here! I was looking for support and other real life people who have lost like I have in the past using bodyflex. I did the workout over 10 years ago and lost 14 1/2 inches my first week and 9 the next! My mother did it as well and lost 7 1/2 inches her first week but stopped after that. I have since had a baby and have gone from being someone who could lose 5 ppounds in a week with litle effort to now having to actually put in work... I have always gone up and down on the scale never really to worried the weight would stay. not like I was skinny but now I am faaaar from skinny. I decided to give body flex a try and so far so good. I am just a little worried that if I don't show some impressive numbers this upcoming thursday it is going to give my husband the chance to say I told you so... he thinks this is a scam and that it wont work even though I told him about my success in the past. I am nervous to do my measurments and really praying God will show up and show out for me thursday! I weighed myself and I am down 2 pounds since last monday but I am not sure if that is from body flex or just staying at or under 2000 calories since monday... ugh I have so many questions.
