Basically, it's only different in that the breaths are linked. So, you start out as usual: breathe out, breathe in through your nose and then breathe out through your mouth with the diaphragm making the Pah sound. Then hold your breath as you do one of the exercises.
When you need air - in Do NOT breathe in with a gasp.
Breathe in through your nose.
Then breathe out through your mouth with the Pah sound.
And again, no gasping as you breathe in through the mouth. Just breathe in through the nose, etc.
So the breaths are linked. It takes a while to get used to it.
The exercises go quicker. And boy do I sweat!
