Thanks Tricia. Somehow I missed your very helpful post and just ordered the cd from amazon. Hope I can figure out the breathing. A long time ago I got the beginning dvd, but I just didn't feel I was getting the breathing right. Will keep working on it!

I checked on the website and you can purchase the commuter cd and for about $2 more you can get the O! book to go with it. She also sends out a free newsletter and one thing I was impressed with was that I was wondering how many calories they program burned in a 20 minute session. I sent a message to Body Flex and to Oxycise and the O! people have got back to me within 2 days. They said any session burns the same calories as a brisk walk, so that is how I track it on Spark.

Check on Amazon or go to the oxycise.com website. I got mine when I ordered the info kit 4 years ago. The oxycise breath is different from body flex and it takes a bit to get used to. When I try it, I revert back sometimes. It is quieter so I can do it with the kids in the car and they don't freak out at me by making so much noise. emoticon See if you can it, 20-25 minute cd that you can do while you drive. Easy and effective.

Sing those Oxycise praises! I like Jill's commuter CD better than anything. I will do it while I drive if I know I have a 20 minute drive. Really gives you an extra burst of energy.
