My family is in town (there's only 4 of us cause neither my sister nor me have kids but we've each got great men). There's going to be a lot of food purposes, there's candy everywhere and I won't have any privacy to do my BodyFlex!
I mean, I want to teach my sister the technique, but I'm embarrassed to do it out in front of her man. Even my own husband laughs himself silly if he sees/hears me doing BodyFlex!
Oh well, this too shall pass!
