I have my mighty rebellious times, especially with food or heavy duty exercise routines. But I'm happy to report that I really don't find it necessary to have a little power struggle about doing my BodyFlex. It only takes 20 minutes at the most and usually less.
I've come to enjoy "my time with Greer" as if it were a daily meditation. She's gentle and encouraging.
I feel better for it. So do your breathing exercises every day. You'll be glad you did.
