I like to walk my dog for about 30 minutes, which really entails me walking laps around the yard while he bounds after me and the birds in the yard....
I love water aerobics. Really great because of the water resistance and you don't get hot and sweaty. My mom likes it because it is easier on the knees. Everyone in my water class is like me, so I don't feel bad about exercising in front of people.
Sometimes if I feel ambitious, which is seldom, I get on the treadmill while I am at the Y. I really don't like it that much. I worry about everyone else looking at me while I am just walking and they are running.
