I finally got it!!! And I LOVE it! It's a little tricky. It's only for experienced BodyFlexers. You are supposed to "roll one BodyFlex breath into the next". Let me see if I can explain it. Blow your breath out, then, breathe in, then do the Pah exhale breath, hold your breath and bring up your tummy - so far so normal. Do the exercise. Still normal.
Then, here's the change: instead of gasping for air, just go straight into breathing in through the nose. And go on with the big Pah exhale breath and keep on going. For each exercise stretch a little more . I've only done it once and I felt really out of breath. But I'm sure it will get easier.
