Thank you so much for your comforting responses! It is so amazing to know that I'm not the only one. I will start to give myself some variety. And I think this is just a big lesson for me about not getting too obsessive! Such a fine line between discipline and over doing it!

You guys just make my day. I think that the team stuff is one of he most wonderful parts of sp. All the support! Wow! emoticon

Definitely not alone there! I do it too.

I guess that is why I try a lot of different exercise programs, because sometimes when I get to a point in an exercise tape that I can say oh good, it's almost over, it isn't too long after that I give up on it and then months before I try something else.

I do water aerobics once a week and that is probably the only thing I do that I don't get bored with. If I lived closer to my Y, I would go every day, but with gas the way it is and two little ones, I can't do it right now. Anyway, the reason I don't get bored with it is because I don't always have the same instructor and they always mix up the routine so you don't expect the same thing the same way all the time.

Don't give up Rosalie, you have been doing so great! Try to cut back to BF once a day and try doing something else that interests you and don't do it the same time or the same way every time. Buy a new exercise outfit, that motivates me from time to time.

You are not alone....remember me...when I said I was going to do LifeLift at least 5 minutes every day??? Did I continue...NO! I dropped off, too...there is always something else that seems more important than just "doing it"!!! I feel your pain...I am right there with you!

Well it happened again. I was being super disciplined. I was even doing BodyFlex 2 and 3 times a day. I want laughing at Greer's 80's hair and dated outfit.. To say nothing of all the silly silly looking facial movements and the sounds. I was right in there with her. And then, as it's always happened before, I just petered out.

Has this happened to anyone else? How do you stay motivated? Disciplined? Ugh. Am I the only one?
