Definitely not alone there! I do it too.
I guess that is why I try a lot of different exercise programs, because sometimes when I get to a point in an exercise tape that I can say oh good, it's almost over, it isn't too long after that I give up on it and then months before I try something else.
I do water aerobics once a week and that is probably the only thing I do that I don't get bored with. If I lived closer to my Y, I would go every day, but with gas the way it is and two little ones, I can't do it right now. Anyway, the reason I don't get bored with it is because I don't always have the same instructor and they always mix up the routine so you don't expect the same thing the same way all the time.
Don't give up Rosalie, you have been doing so great! Try to cut back to BF once a day and try doing something else that interests you and don't do it the same time or the same way every time. Buy a new exercise outfit, that motivates me from time to time.
