March Goal is to lose 1.25 lbs. Start back with Body Flex. Do something on the Wii 15 -20 Mins Everyday. Start using the Food Tracker Everyday. Write at least one line to all my teams. I hope to add to these Goals every month.

Oxycise is quieter than Body Flex, the breathe out is different, so you don't make the PAAAHHH sound. You are still working those muscles. I don't know if it is as effective because I haven't been doing it very long, but I am going to try.
Goal for the day - Breathe on the way to work and on the way home and any trips I take in between.
Thanks! I did the technique while I was driving today. I was by myself and had a 40 minute drive, so off and on, worked those stomach muscles.
I found trying the Oxycise way while I am still a little congested is easier and effective. I get to coughing a lot with the Body Flex way, so I am adjusting a little. I plan to do the 0! technique and the BF moves for a while and see how it works.
You, by the way, sound like you are doing awesome! I am so glad it is working so well for you. I lost 30 lbs and 4 sizes in 3 months a long time ago. I had forgotten how effective oxygen really is. Everyone needs to learn how to breathe!
