Here are m my general March goals - I'll be back to refine them and break them into weekly goals. But in general for March I want to step up my efforts.
BodyFlex twice a day
Add weights to my weekly routine: at least twice a week
Continue daily walks, but make at least two a jog
Jog at least one mile twice a week
