Sorry you've all stuffed up! And sorry about all the other crummy feelings that go along with having a cold.
I really admire you for wanting to exercise when you're not feeling good. A lot of times when I feel bad I just crawl into bed and under the covers. Kudos to you!
What I've found is that BodyFlex actually has helped me get well sometimes. It means coughing up a lot of junk and not doing as well with the breathing in part, but I think it still is good for us.
Anybody else have any ideas?
