I'm doing BodyFlex twice a day most days and I lost 5 pounds really quick. WooHoo! My clothes fit better and I can squeeze into a lower size. I'm so relieved because I want seeing any results for so long - I'm talking months and months. It was only when I started doing BodyFlex every day that I saw big results.
Thank you ROSALIEESTHER for congratulate me on my inches lost I am so motivated to do more let me tell you what I have been doing right now I just doing Oxycise in the morning once every morning but starting next week I am planning to start Oxycising three times a day instead of once an day and also every morning I do 60 to 90 minutes of chair exercises and do my strength training on the chair every other day. My diet has only change an little I can do better I love fried foods so I have been cutting down on eating so much fried foods and I stop drinking sodas and starting drinking water. ROSALIEESTHER I not doing anything to celebrate my recent lost but I do want to do more changes on my eating habits and eat more healthy.
