Today I finally have a mental image of how salt bulks you up. I watched something on youtube that really hit home. This guy dis before and afterphotos in the spac of 5 hours. He got the before photo by eating (among other things) tons of salty food.
Now I have a mental picture to think of every time I'm tempted by salt. This means I'll finally be able to resist it and'll track my goal quicker.
Remember there's plenty of healthy sodium in celery and other greens. look at your labels and see the high sodium content.
