Hi, Nungie! I have all the Oxycise! tapes. Even if I can't do all the positions on a tape, I modify it and do the breathing. It does keep boredom away. I really believe in Oxycise! I recently returned to it, and have been getting in 10 minutes a day. Will work up to more as I progress. I find that it reduces pain in my leg, which I really cannot account for! But accept gratefully! I just go by the clock for the time. If I am doing a level one or so tape that goes fast, I log in as 15 minutes on the fitness tracker. If I am doing an easy does it tape I keep doing the breaths while Jill is explaining moves. So ten minutes goes by very fast and I just log in 10 minutes of Oxycise!. I try to get in 10 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night is my goal. Any other questions, feel free to ask.

Sorry about your foot. Ouch. I don't know oxycise, but I do BodyFlex and just tried Life Lift - they're very similar to each other. If you go to amazon.com you should be able to find different tapes.
Boredom is tough. Try to go to a zen state and just enjoy the relaxation, but it is hard sometimes. I think a variety of tapes would help.
Are you losing weight with oxycise? Hope your foot heals soon.
