Hiya! I'm new here on the team although I've had Oxycise in my life for years. Have I done it consistently? No, of course not, that's why I'm seeking support! *grin*
I got really motivated to shape up a bit back on September and started working out 5-6 days a week with a pretty intense program that had me doing weight training 3x/week and cardio 2x/week (sometimes one extra day too). I started off by losing 5 pounds! And then... nothing. Not a darn thing. Harumph.
I've kept going but it's been hard because I'm not seeing results. I've decided to listen to that old adage, "Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results" (or something to that effect). I'm changing things up and going to Oxycise exclusively for a few weeks to see what - if anything - changes. I'm going to measure tomorrow morning and go from there. No weight tracking, I just don't feel that it is a good indicator of progress (and it depresses me, which is NOT helpful, lol!).
