I've thought a lot about this and I've adopted the idea from Reinhard Engels everydaysystems.com/podcast/episode.

that targeting habits is better than targeting result goals. And not too many at once!

So here's what I'm thinking:

I want to cut down on procrastinating on tasks and remember to break them down into manageable parts.

I want to better manage my time generally. I can use all kinds of tools online to help me.

I want to make sure that my husband and I take time at least once a week to do something other than just hang out at the house together.

I want to keep on with consistent exercise. I just started a few weeks ago and it really is important to me.

Well, that's it for now. Happy New Year Everyone!

Today is the day I'm going to set out my new year's resolutions. Please join me in posting them here so we can all be inspired.

This year I'm going to use all my tools. For example: The pie! Make a big circle on a piece of paper and draw slices representing all the different areas of your life, like Family, Work, Spiritual, Play and Household. Don't forget Exercise/Health. Use colored pencils - each"slice" gets a different color.

Then when you set your goals/resolutions, you can make sure you address each important area of your of your life. Write your goals in the current colors of your pie. Visualize yourself completing your goals.

I'll be be back with some of my resolutions soon. Please share some of your's!
