I did another 5 minutes of LifeLift this morning...my hope for the New Year is to increase that amount and get into a regular routine of healthy breathing! Thank You, everyone, for all the encouragement and motivating posts! T
Natalie You used bad news to motivate yourself and now you're motivating all of us. Lately, I've been doing BodyFlex breathing while I'm doing other stuff: driving,walking, washing dishes. The amazing thing is the energy I get. I'm stop happy you're getting in so many fitness minutes. I bet you feel great.
Hi, I got a message that I was in the top five exercisers of this team, and asking how I did it. Well, I just went for an evaluation at a new chiropractor's office, and when I saw my x-rays and realized how much I weight, I pretty much freaked out. I keep trying different things, and quitting every single one of them. I was feeling pretty bad, and knew I needed to get it together. Start healing and get healthy. So I used the Thanksgiving long weekend to do some T-Tapp and Life Lift Breathing, and also some Tai Chi!. I'm hoping to keep it up, as these are great exercises that promote healing as well as fitness! I know I need that now, and will get to the aerobics or weight training, or whatever else I want to do (in addition to these!) when I'm ready and able. Thank you for the message and the support!!
