Doing pretty well with Oxycise. Somehow in the last three days I have strained the abs a little. Guess I am trying for high intensity. Will go moderate for a few days. Worked out calories burned from a website using stationary bike settings and my own weight:

I like this particular calculator because of the intensity factors.
So far this month I've done 75 minutes Oxycise
