Sounds like you are doing the same.As long as we don't give up we will get where we are going, right? Adjust your ticker if you want to. You don't have to. Sometimes it frustrates me to see it go backwards so I just leave it where it is at. If it will discourage you I'd just leave it where it is. Maybe we can motivate each other to get our fitness streaks going again...
