Yes, I'd like for us to motivate each other again! My Oxycise DVD's are patiently waiting for me to get my act together and go back to using them again...

I'm sure people are noticing your weight loss!! 35 pounds is a lot!! emoticon

and my friends are starting to notice too. I just have to keep going... one foot in front of the other every day. Sounds like you are doing the same.As long as we don't give up we will get where we are going, right? Adjust your ticker if you want to. You don't have to. Sometimes it frustrates me to see it go backwards so I just leave it where it is at. If it will discourage you I'd just leave it where it is. Maybe we can motivate each other to get our fitness streaks going again...

9/3 300 minutes cleaning around the house (fall cleaning??)and helping my friends put their fitness equipment together (I told them that the workout really comes from putting the equipment together!)

Hi IM4KINGDOM!! I haven't been around SP much lately, and I'm so thrilled that you're down 35 pounds!! Good for you!!! I need to adjust my ticker...I've gained back a few pounds, but I'm NOT giving up either!

9/1,2 Housework (early fall cleaning?) 8 hours or more each day (which means atleast 480 minutes each day)

Wow! It's a new month already. I don't know about you but the months are flying by for me. The most recent upheaval in my schedule has made it hard for me to get back on track. But, I have not given up! emoticon
Each day so far this month I am getting some kind of activity in. My goal is to start a new fitness streak and post the minutes for each day. Will you join me?
