Hi!! My goal to be faithful in doing Oxycise twice an day I notice when I use to do faithfully I was losing inches.

I got sidetracked by life -- spent several days with a friend up at the hospital and then had family visit -- but I'm back and ready to Spark and breathe again.

I've lost my habit of posting my fitness minutes every day so I'm starting that again. Although, I am proud to say that I have kept my fitness streak going! emoticon So, my plan of action is to join the team goal to post my minutes every day and then to log them in "My Fitness" and on the team thread for daily exercise minutes.

This thread is starting as a result of the new team goals that are up. However, this isn't just for one month. We need encouragement each day. Here's our chance to share with the team what we are working on today (or weekly or monthly), our plan, what's making it work or what we need to change. Basically, here's a place to vent about what we need to do. Check back often and lend support to each other. We can try to do this alone emoticon but it's better with a team mate. emoticon emoticon
