You're doing so great, IM4KINGDOM! I haven't done Oxycise this week (except for Commuter one time). Your excitement is already motivating me to do it tomorrow!

I started trying on old clothes today, and a lot of the ones that I thought were too tight are now too loose! I haven't lost much weight lately, but my body sure is changing! It must be all those O! breaths while I'm walking!

Well, I meant to do atleast 10 minutes yesterday but wasn't able (although I did move around - just not specifically for exercise.)But, TODAY I did!! Thanks for posting and keeping me motivated, BERTIEBOO! I walked and did Oxycise! like you!!!
3/2 15 minutes Oxycise! Level One (I can't wait for my new dvd's!! I hope they are in the mail today!)
30 minutes Walk Away the Pounds for Abs (indoor walking - we had rain, rain, rain today - but I did it!)
