IM4KINGDOM you're such a sweetie! I really feel supported by this team, too. I know what you're going through with your dad. Before my mother passed away in 2006 she was in and out of the hospital way too often. I just hope you can find time and energy to take care of yourself.

My dad was home for a few days but is supposed to go back in the hospital today. Thank you so much for the hugs. It is so nice to have such supportive people on the team! Thank you for understanding when I can't be around as much...

1/6 - watched the O! intro tape and have done about 40 reps today throughout the day. I watched it all in one sitting, which I know they don't recommend, but I am already familiar with the type of breathing from when I did BodyFlex (years ago). And I am eager to do the Level 1 workout tomorrow :)

Feel better, Bertie!!

Well, after exercising every day in December, I decided to enjoy the long weekend off any formal exercise. Took Friday and Saturday off, and by Sunday afternoon was feeling kind of antsy, so played in the snow with my kids for a bit. Then yesterday we went to an indoor playground and I am calling that my workout.

I was a bit sore this morning but decided to work through it, and did a full body workout on EA Active for the Wii for 30 minutes.

The best news is that my Oxycise arrived this afternoon! YEAH!! I am so excited!! Unfortunately I won't really get to do it tonight. But first thing tomorrow morning I will do my first Oxycise session! I feel like a little kid! LOL
