Hi YONITMK! You are amazing!! I don't know how you managed to exercise every day during December!! You are my hero!

I only missed 4 days, which is really good for me. And I've been trying to make most days 60 minutes. You will love Oxycise when you get it! I have been doing the Commuter off and on, but I have to re-commit to doing Level 1 and I want to progress to do more Level 2, etc. I do love the fact that we have this team because I really get a lot of toning from Oxycise (when I do it!!!).

Looking forward to seeing what our team can do in 2010!

Thanks, BertieBoo! I am doing great! I didn't do a great job of tracking my minutes here, but I did track them. I completed NaBoExMo by exercising every single day in the month of December. I exercised a total of 623 minutes, for an average of 20 minutes a day. But some days it was closer to 30 and a couple of days it was closer to 5. :) But I did manage to go everyday -so as a reward I finally got around to ordering Oxycise.

I know 20 minutes a day, 623 minutes might not seem like a lot to many people, but it was really a lot for me, since just 6 weeks ago I didn't think I could exercise at all with my physical limitations. And now I am working out every day! So I am really happy!

I definitely plan on continuing to try and exercise every day. That's why I joined Bootcamp, so I would have an excuse to work out every day in January too.

I can't wait to get my Oxycise so I can fully join into this group.

Hi IM4KINGDOM!! Thanks for noticing my weight loss and thanks for the encouragement!

I'm very fortunate to live in South Florida, so it's easier to motivate myself to walk. I used to live in Birmingham, so I know about those grey days in other parts of the country!! Hang in there!! Every day is such a challenge for all of us!

I hope YONITMK is doing well, too.

Hi Everyone,

I am so excited that people are going to do NaBoExMo with me! Exercise is always more fun when you do it together. And it is even more fitting that this team joined me as I thought my reward would be buying some Oxycise DVD's when I finish, which is what I really want. So I am sad to say that I will not be doing any Oxycising with you yet. But we did get a Wii last week and I have been finding it possible to exercise on that -not very intensely and only for short periods, but it is better than nothing.

So, yesterday

12/1 - 23 minutes doing WiiFit, I then took my kids on a homeschooling field trip to an Art Museum and walked around there for 6 hours. I was beat last night!

Today 12/2 I woke up with the start of a cold, as well as my monthly cycle (YEAH, me! LOL) and really did not want to work out. But decided I was not giving up that soon! So I got up and did some gentle yoga for 20 minutes.
