I'm glad you have a plan! There was a pretty interesting SparkPage about a person who broke through a plateau. I will try to find it for you. I have to say that your plan sounds good for weight loss anyway!

As always, thanks for the encouragement, IM4KINGDOM!

I looked back over some of my SP records trying to figure out how to break my plateau, and I've decided to try walking with Oxy breaths for at least 60 minutes every day might just do the trick...I hope so!!

Nov 27 -- Walk 60 minutes
Nov 28 -- Walk 60 minutes

Shame on me, too!! I'm definitely having "good" days and "bad" days this month. But everyday that we do even a little movement is better than nothing! emoticon

Nov 11 -- Walking 30 minutes
Nov 12 -- Walking 30 minutes
Nov 13 -- Walking 30 minutes
Nov 14 -- Commuter Oxycise 15 minutes
Nov 16 -- Walking 35 minutes and Oxycise Level 1 15 min

And I try to add lots of Oxycise breaths while I'm walking!!
