I'm glad you have a plan! There was a pretty interesting SparkPage about a person who broke through a plateau. I will try to find it for you. I have to say that your plan sounds good for weight loss anyway!

I looked back over some of my SP records trying to figure out how to break my plateau, and I've decided to try walking with Oxy breaths for at least 60 minutes every day might just do the trick...I hope so!!

Shame on me, too!! I'm definitely having "good" days and "bad" days this month. But everyday that we do even a little movement is better than nothing!
