I'm so very sorry that you've been sick. There is a lot going around right now and I'm glad you're starting to feel better. You're right. Recording our exercise minutes for the group does help keep us on track.
I missed a few days doing my O! from Oct 8 - Oct 14 because I was out of town. And, unfortunately when I travel I cannot make myself exercise or eat healthy. I was in Alabama so I couldn't resist the cornbread and biscuits and banana pudding, etc. Now I'm trying to get the 6 pounds that I gained back off again! Oh well...every day is a brand new day to be healthy!
Yesterday (Oct 19): 30 minutes walking and 30 minutes heavy cleaning Today (Oct 20): Oxycise Commuter 15 minutes and 30 minutes walking
