We're so glad to have you on our team! I am not very familiar with Body Flex, that is more SASSYCHRIS1952's thing.

But, Oxycise! I can help you with. I don't do the "easy does it" series, I do the regular one. But, she is always saying that if an exercise feels uncomfortable just do the breathing, because breathing is key. And some of them she modifies for those who can't get on the floor. That's the regular series. I believe the "easy does it series" is geared more toward those who have limitations by health or injury. I have heard many good things about it. Oxycise! in itself is very low impact but burns more calories than an exercise bike.
