How about going "meatless" for a few meals! You can get in your protein from other sources and it sure can save on the food budget.

I am determind to stay on track.... all out of money and very little food left...I guess its good to eat corn flakes twic a day. I need low budget meals and snack.... HELP will be going shoping soon,
