Hello--I read an article that led me to this website and now find myself signed up and a member of a team . I feel overwhelmed by all the information and where, exactly, to start but I figure most of you felt the same way at first. I'm 47 and wrestling with all the usual including preparing for an empty nest (we still have a freshman son at home). Anyway, I'm here to get healthy and prepare for the new season of my life that is on the horizon. I'm trusting my slightly older friends who tell me that once we pass this hump, life is truly wonderful again. I look forward to meeting some of you and hope we can encourage each other along the way.
