i disagree with waiting till after the holidays then you will be more depressed that you gained wait
i just lost 12 lbs since the end of oct,but i was right there without losing and didn't want to exercise but once I started to see the scale move,thats motivation,and you feel better if you just move a little a day and add a little to it we're all busy,but i guess my goal is not to gain more through the holidays
I did much better today, I have done 1hr & 30mis on my Gazelle,and 100 set-ups,100 twist on my twister,only 5 mins on my stair stepper was getting pretty tried and arm weights...I Did pretty good today yeah,I'm patting myself on the back..

I'm going to start a Daily Check In Thread. I post daily on another one of my teams check in thread. I find it makes me accountable to my team. Hopefully it will help put some life in this thread.
