I know for me when that lack of motivation sets in there is a slight depression that is kicking me, the "why bother" bug may be biting at you. Besides your health, what other reasons can you find to loose? Maybe put up a reminder, such as a smaller size pant or your health list or even tennis shoes where you can easily see them to boost your bum.

Hope to see you post some sort of exercise by the first okay? You can do it, we can help. Start with 4 reps of leg lifts at the desk, maybe 10 each to start with (just don't be kicking anyone) and then build from there.

Have you gone to see your doctor to make sure that it is nothing physical?? Low iron? Then just make yourself do it maybe put a picture of you now and a picture of something that you would like to wear after you lose some weight on your computer to get you going??

Hi all,
My story is short (not sweet). I need some support. I can't seem to find my inner motivation for the exercise portion of my goal. I work 4 12 HOUR SHIFTS per week. I used to make time on my breaks to walk and be active. Lately, I don't care to just sit at my computer at work, and never leave my station. I am stagnant. Somewhere along my journey I lost my drive. I think from time to time we all experience this dilemma. Please....someone...kick me in the but and bring back my motivation. I am watching my food intake. I am loosing.,......don't really know how since I feel like a slug, but my energy level has plummeted to a low, and my motivation has disappeared. We all start full steam, and some of us, me in particular, lose steam. I need a pick me up to reach my goal. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not afford to lose this battle again. My health depends on my reaching it. One would think if ones health is in jeopardy we would do what ever is necessary to correct the problem. Perhaps I have just given up on myself. I would like to believe with a little support I could realize my dream. So I am respectfully asking a lot; help me find the right path.
