You are too funny, but I get on the scale every morning also! My scale only reads in .5 lbs, so it takes me two days to see any movement, Wednesday I was 127, today finally 126.5 even though I might of dropped .2 of a pound the day before. I love the scale at the gym, it reads in tenths of a pound. I also do cardio almost everyday 5-6 days a week!
Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!
