You are too funny, but I get on the scale every morning also! My scale only reads in .5 lbs, so it takes me two days to see any movement, Wednesday I was 127, today finally 126.5 even though I might of dropped .2 of a pound the day before. I love the scale at the gym, it reads in tenths of a pound. I also do cardio almost everyday 5-6 days a week!

Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!

Last night I had a bag of light popcorn and icecream with a banana in it for dessert. That brought up my calories to within range. I sure felt full though.

I know it is too soon, but I got on the scale this morning and still holding steady.

You may be putting your body into "starvation" mode. If you restrict your calories too much you will stop losing. I try to get 40% Carb, 40% Protein, 20% Fat. I am following the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, very good book. The Abs Diet for men is also a good one.

Hi everyone. Getting back on plan to lose weight. I have started logging all meals and I noticed that I am under on calories for the past two days.

Calorie Range:2280-2630
Tuesday: 2007 calories
Wednesday: 1517 calories

I am 210lbs. 5'11" and work out at the gym 4-5days a week. Haven't lost in a while and slowly gaining for the past 2 months.

Do you think my calorie range is high? Should I eat more? My carbs are a little low, but protein and fat are in range.
