hi everyone, recently joined SP.. had a recent ankle fracture (in 3 places

) so have been laid up on the sofa for quite a while.. anyways to cut a long story short, a friend of mine, brought round a weight watchers book, set me points of 18 as i was inactive, anyways i had to make a list of food shopping, as i couldnt get there myself... and what a difference 10 weeks has made, a miracle i tell you, all thru writing a food diary of everything i ate... oh and no alcohol at all.. honest easiest weight i have ever lost, still got a way to go, and now i'm slightly more active, is getting harder.. set yourself a menu for the week and try and stick to it, dont beat yourself up over a "slip-up" get back on track..
