I have heard that food cravings only last a few min, so if I can keep myself busy and my mind off food the cravings will pass. If I am really hungry, then I reach for a healthy snack and then get busy.
Hello, I have just joined Spark and am hoping to gain control of my eating habits. Now that I am getting older, I find it harder and harder to shed the pounds I used to shed so easily. I am an emotional eater, so hunger is not always my reason for eating. I am hoping with some support from others, and really paying attention to my eating, I will shed the weight I have gained and get back to liking my body.
