Today was a walk around the pond and golf course - so many people out walking their dogs and pushing strollers -- it is like ants coming out of a burning log in a fire this big yellow ball in the sky.

Not very far from me, there is an old Railway Walk, as it is 14 Miles from one end to the other. If you go online you'll see it on 3 Local Councils Websites: www.wolverhampton.gov.uk, www.dudley.gov.uk and www.southstaffordshire.gov.uk. Thanks, Jason.

I have discovered the estuary near my condo. I think I will start exploring and walking in and around this area. Lots of birds to keep me occupied as I saunter about.

This year I am moving back to the town where I was born & we have a walking/hiking trail about a mile to a mile & a have up the road from where we live. My brother Steven says there are a lot of places to walk around town & he is going to go out walking with me when the weather gets warmer because the cold messes with my asthma.

I live in Ontario, winter in Destin Fl. I love to walk Scenic Gulf Dr. You can see the gulf and lots of people and yet it is peaceful and safely go for miles.

The particular Places that motivate my enthusiasm for walking most are places that I have not been to before. It feels like traveling somewhere new but by foot (it's an adventure!).

!. My number one Favorite Place to Walk is to Hike on Hiking trails

2. My second Favorite Place to Walk is in the City through lavishly beautiful neighborhoods, past businesses, college campuses, (My all time Favorite City to walk in is San Francisco).

Youíve got to stick with it. Change doesnít happen overnightónot meaningful, lasting change. Practice regularly, whether itís leg raises or gratitude exercises or positive affirmations. Make it part of your daily routine if possible.

You need patience (goes hand in hand with the persistence mentioned above). Itís seldom a straight shot to your goal. Youíll have setbacks and hit plateaus. But youíll also have breakthroughs and make great leaps forward. If you feel stuck, donít lose hope.
