Just started the 30 in 30 program today and I want to tell all of you who do Leslie's workouts that this is definitely a great one (at least the walking portion is). All fitness levels will sweat while getting your heart rate up to an aerobic level.Tomorrow I'll try the toning and firming workout.
If anyone wants to join me in this, I'd love to have company.
If you don't love your body now, you won't love it after you reach your goal!!!
