I am going to Ireland for the first time in May - so excited! I usually lose weight on vacation (go figure) - but I am extremely concerned about how to manage those pints of Guinness that willl have to be drank (drinken? drunk?) - hopefully all of the hiking and biking on the backroads will equalize things a bit.
