I've been using Leslie Sansone's VIDEO - it's a tape - for over 10 years - it's a 2 miler. DVD's were not around then - I saw an ad in the local newspaper and ordered it - I have more than gotten my money's worth from it - think it was about $10.00. I have other TAPES from other sources as well and continue using them.
To answer your question about following them on a treadmill - NO - you just follow the tape/dvd in your home - some of them add hand weights, or resistance bands.

I keep seeing information and comments about walking videos. People are posting which ones they like best. What are they exactly? Are they something you use with a treadmill or with out any equipment?
Thank you for any information you can share.
