Hello. My name is Chelsea. I just joined SparkPeople today. I've been seriously trying to lose weight for 2 weeks now. I have lost 4 lbs so far. All I have done is started walking. I cut out snacking between meals, cut down to one Coke a day. I limit my fast food. Increased my water intake considerably. I'm a married mother of 2 teenage girls. Brianna is 17 and Kyra is 15.
