Not sure of my speed, somewhere at 3 mph, though. It's as fast as I can go with an 02 tank and a walker, though I did make a mile in 19 mins the other day.
There is a free Nike app for iPhone or android that keeps track of distance and calories and speed for you. I love it. The ap works outside or with my treadmill.
I have only missed one day since I started. Began with half a Nile, and my goal is a 5k. Can now do 1.75 miles pretty consistently, or at least could before this CHF hit last week, but I'm not stopping. The weight is falling off!
I will be thinner and healthier if it kills me. We don't say diet in our house-ever. Diets fail!
