The plateau that I have been in since the first week of April is finally over.

LREIGLE: I know your feeling and I was not happy about it either. Tweek your program and see if that helps. Just keep moving forward and don't go back to old ways and soon you will maybe get a break. Hang in there.

Thanks for the encouragement, I worked very hard on the Spring Challenge and expected to see at least a little loss and the gain took me by surprise; I do see a difference in the way me body looks and the energy level is better.

CBRIGGS. Don't let the numbers on the scale upset you. They are only numbers. Have you noticed a change in how your clothes fit or how better you feel? That is how I am judging my progress because with exercising you are building muscle and muscle weighs more then fat. Don't get discouraged. I have been there and it doesn't help. Stay motivated and you will see the pounds come off. You are doing great.

I lost that pound again this we hopefully next week it will be a different pound (hah), I took measurements which I haven't done in two month and am happy to say I am showing progress, best of luck to all.

Hi. I haven't been on for quite awhile and am starting again at 231. I have loss 31 pounds in the last 2 years but I seem to go between 231 and down to 228 then back up to 231. Just like a yoyo. Getting very frustrated with not really losing. Hope checking in here will help. Good luck everyone.
