It really didn't matter what was up on the team picture to me really. My point was that it needed to be bigger so when others out there look at it, it is appealing to draw them in to join. This one now at least is big enough when you glance at it you can see it. When I was on one team, the team leader had us submit favorite pictures of what we wanted (when a new team leader took over) or leave it the same. Then everyone got to vote on it and she put it up as the team pic. We appreciate your enthusiasm as being a new team leader Tawnybird. What is more important is being a team and learning to function as a team. I am sure it isn't easy helping to run a team, thanks for jumping in and helping out. I didn't mean to offend and I am sure the others didn't either.
