I started with Leslie Sansone 1 mile, Then bought this dvd, BL power walk. Boy did I sweat. Now I am doing all 4 milesof the power walk and on alternate days doing leslie sansone 5miles. My legs are tired but i need it for my SLOW turtle like metabolism.
