The only exercise I got to day was a trip to the docter I have a sinus infection. I should of went a weak ago. I eat all the wrong things to day, gest becouse it was easy! I think I will go to bed early and start fresh tomorrow.I can not beleive I blow this whole day.

The fourth glass of wine is always a good idea before you do it and a really bad idea afterward! ;-)

It is far easier to MAKE time to exercise than it is to FIND time to exercise. You want results???? MAKE it happen.

Welcome back. I have found I have become an "addict" with walking in some form or another. If I do not hit 5000 steps by noon than I stop and either walk in place or around my office.

1/2 half mile first day is great.

I walked .5 miles to day I spent all most 2 hours getting all my stuff to gather and then getting back in to spark people program I was a member about a year a go and lost 20 pound my sister started spark people. well I could not believe how get she looked this thanksgiving. I am determined to stay; will sparks people for live. emoticon
