Put in starting street & zip,
then put in all the streets and turns,
drop in the time it took you and it will give you MPH & Calories burned for your weight, which it already knows and puts in the equasion.
Good luck with it. It's great. I can't live without it.

If you walked at a gym or some other measurable amount that you know is accurate, you can still put in your starting point, even though you did not start there and click streets and watch the counter increase. Stop when you get the amount you walked then put in the minutes and it does it all for you.

You can also click ADD TO FITNESS TRACKER under the map and it will add it to your days totals & give you spark points.

Hope this helped.

I have an even easier formula!!!! I have a 350 Sportline pedometer, which gives me miles, steps, M/H, calories and minutes actually walked. I LOVE it. In fact when I broke my first one, I tried an OMROM, however all that gives is steps, and I was addicted to knowing the rest!

I keep a small notebook with the records , 25 pages worth!!! since March.

BEBE, Divide 1.8 miles by 47 minutes. Tou come up with 26.11 minutes per mile.
Go ahead and wear your pedimeter also then you can see about how acurate it maybe.

OK- I need a simple way to figure out how many mph I'm going with my walks.

Today I walked 1.80 in 47 mins.

Is there some way to figure that out by dividing something?
I have a pedometer but I don't trust it so I haven't been wearing it.
Just wondering.
Thanks
