Thanks for all the supportive words! So far this week I've walked on the treadmill (Monday = 2 miles); Tuesday = 2 miles; Wed = 1.5 miles on a 10% incline; and today around the block twice which equals a little over 2 miles, I need to use a pedometer to be sure of this. I lost an inch around the waist area - yah!
