How did you do with your walking for April? In looking thru the logs........you are amazing!!!
WOW some of the steps and miles are spectacular!
Way to go.

I didn't reach my goal this month, but will try to do better in May. We had a lot of rain here in April and I changed jobs and lots of chaos.

Hi Sheryl - yes minutes are allowed, any kind of counting that motivates us to get up and move. You could even count the # of songs you listen to while walking..... ha ha.
Just keep moving, that is the important thing.
I didn't do well last month. I was counting steps on my Biggest Loser thread and miles here and didn't hit my goal on either one of them.
