A lot of mobile phone can upload pedometer apps too online. But I find a small plain pedometer on my waist much more handy ! At work I cannot carry a bag or my coat the whole time, but I don't take my pants off lol.

So far, it's fairly accurate in steps, though I'm not really sure how it does with dancing around and that kind of thing, but so far so good! If you want to see what it is and what you can do with it, I would suggest googling personal trainer: walking for DS. It should give you the official website with all the information on it.

How does it work in terms of training. I see the Wii and how it works, but don't know how the Nintendo DS can do it. If it is good, let us know.

I can't live without my Omron and have a spare since I upgraded. I actually have a couple, but gave one to my DIL so she can walk across the country.

Barbara, have you looked on line for your pedometer?
Though you may not see it in the stores, you could find it there. Worth a try!

Sorry, don't even know what it is. I broke my pedometer yesterday, and am lost without it. They don't make them anymore (the model I have) and I feel so out of it. How am I going to track my goals without it? I'm soooo addicted! ;-} Barbara

I just bought the Personal Trainer: Walking for my DS Lite and was wondering if anyone else has it and if so, what is your opinion?
