A lot of mobile phone can upload pedometer apps too online. But I find a small plain pedometer on my waist much more handy ! At work I cannot carry a bag or my coat the whole time, but I don't take my pants off lol.
So far, it's fairly accurate in steps, though I'm not really sure how it does with dancing around and that kind of thing, but so far so good! If you want to see what it is and what you can do with it, I would suggest googling personal trainer: walking for DS. It should give you the official website with all the information on it.
Sorry, don't even know what it is. I broke my pedometer yesterday, and am lost without it. They don't make them anymore (the model I have) and I feel so out of it. How am I going to track my goals without it? I'm soooo addicted! ;-} Barbara
